Geophysical Survey Techniques:

  • Electromagnetic Induction (EMI): Ideal for detecting stone structures, walls, and pits, especially effective in wet soils like peat and clay.
  • Ground-Penetrating Radar (GPR): Provides 3D data on depth, helping identify foundations and burial remains.
    Earth Resistance: Maps buried stone features (walls, roads) by measuring soil moisture variations.
